Velg kj\u00f8ttype og krydre godt.
\nJeg marinerte storfekj\u00f8tt i kebabkrydder og surmelk.

270 g hjemmelaget majones\/majones
\n1 ts revet hvitl\u00f8k, gjerne kinesisk hvitl\u00f8k, den er enklere \u00e5 rive, jeg bruker her et garlic-card
\n5 ss yoghurt naturell
\n2 ts shirak hot chilisaus
\nca 1 ts ketchup
\nNoen dusker fersk kruspersille, finklippet
\nsalt og pepper etter smak
\nLitt sukker? Litt sitron? Smak til!<\/p>\n

Lefser<\/strong><\/p>\n

6 dl hvetemel
\n3 ts bakepulver
\n1 dl olje
\n2 dl varmt vann
\n1\/2 ts salt
\n2 ts sukker<\/p>\n

Kna alt sammen og la deigen hvile minst 30 minutter, pakk den inn i plast
\nKjevle tynne leiver og stek p\u00e5 takke\/stekepanne.<\/p>\n

Deigen kan v\u00e6re litt seig \u00e5 kjevle, og den krymper litt p\u00e5 veien til takken.
\nLefsene ble heller ikke helt tynne, her kunne man ikke lage rulle-kebab.
\nMen gode var de.<\/p>\n

2.5 dl sk melk, lunken<\/p>\n

0,5 dl vann
\n50 g gj\u00e6r
\nca 0,75 dl olje
\n1 ss sukker
\n1 ss salt
\nca 2 dl siktet rugmel
\nhvetemel til en smidig deig<\/p>\n

Heves ca 1 time, deles i ca 12-14 biter som kjevles tynne og ovale. Legg p\u00e5 bakebrett, 3 p\u00e5 hver, prikkes med gaffel, stek i 200* til kantene er lysebrune (ca 5-7 min. kommer an p\u00e5 ovnen)
\nLegg de straks i et klede og ha klede over. Hold de tildekket s\u00e5 de forblir myke.<\/p>\n

Denne gang stekte jeg lefsene p\u00e5 takke, noe som fungerte vel s\u00e5 bra, egentlig mye bedre.
\nHar du ikke takke b\u00f8r du bruke stekebrett for \u00e5 f\u00e5 litt st\u00f8rrelse p\u00e5 lefsene. Bruk da gjerne 1 lefse p\u00e5 et bakebrett, og lag litt f\u00e6rre enn 14….<\/p>\n

Etter \u00e5 ha testet disse to oppskriftene f\u00f8r den store kebab-festen, falt valget p\u00e5 den siste oppskriften, den med melk og gj\u00e6r.<\/p>\n

Lefsene var lettere \u00e5 kjevle ut, de ble tynnere og st\u00f8rre. Smaken var god p\u00e5 begge to, og den med bakepulver kan v\u00e6re fin \u00e5 bruke til gyros e.l.
