I helgen bakte jeg tynnbr\u00f8d, tre varianter. De ble veldig gode,

\nJeg penslet med litt smeltet sm\u00f8r p\u00e5 siden som f\u00f8rst havnet i stekepannen.
\nStek p\u00e5 middels\/halvsterk varme i t\u00f8rr panne.
\nNoen minutter p\u00e5 hver side, til de tar litt farge.
\nLegg i et klede, gjerne litt fuktig, og dekk til s\u00e5 de holder seg myke.<\/p>\n
