170 g egg (ca 3 store egg)

\n73 g hvetemel
\n23 g maizenna
\n2,5 g bakepulver
\n35 g sm\u00f8r<\/p>\n

Pisk egg og sukker i 10 minutter til stiv eggedosis.
\nSmelt sm\u00f8r og avkj\u00f8l
\nBland mel, bakepulver og maizenna.
\nVend det t\u00f8rre inn med en slikkepott og sm\u00f8ret til slutt, forsiktig.
\nHa i en 24″ form med bakepulver i bunn.
\nStek p\u00e5 170* ca 30 minutter, sjekk med kaken\u00e5l.
\nLa st\u00e5 noen minutter p\u00e5 rist, l\u00f8sne den i kantene med en myk palett,
\nvent opp ned p\u00e5 bakepapir, fjerne bunnen men la st\u00e5 med ringen og bakepapiret p\u00e5 opp ned mens den avkj\u00f8les.<\/p>\n

1 dl melk
\n1,5 dl fl\u00f8te
\n45 g sukker
\n1\/2 vaniljestang
\n3 eggeplommer
\n17 g maizenna
\n25 g sm\u00f8r
\nSplitt vaniljestangen, ha stangen og fr\u00f8ene i en panne med fl\u00f8te, melk og sukker.
\nKok opp.\u00a0Bland eggeplommene med maizenna
\nR\u00f8r i melkeblandingen n\u00e5r den koker opp,
\nr\u00f8r egg og maizenna godt sammen.
\nTa melken vekk fra varmen, ta forsiktig spiseskjeer med melkeblandingen og r\u00f8r i eggene,
\nHold p\u00e5 en stund og hell s\u00e5 eggeblandingen opp i pannen.<\/p>\n

Sett pannen p\u00e5 varmen igjen og r\u00f8r til blandingen tykner,
\nden skal helst ikke koke, men bli god og tykk. Ikke stopp for tidlig,
\nher m\u00e5 du ha en tykk vaniljekrem for at den skal holde seg p\u00e5 plass i kaken.
\nBlir den s\u00e5 tykk at den skiller seg s\u00e5 ha i litt iskald fl\u00f8te og du vil se den samler seg igjen.<\/p>\n
