\nbland mel,kakao og natron og vend forsiktig i.

Form deigen til en tykk p\u00f8lse (bruk gjerne matpapir)
\nog la den ligge kaldt minst en time.(ca 4 cm i d)

Stek 200* i 10-12 minutter.
