\nOg i dag kan jeg ikke g\u00e5 p\u00e5 trening f\u00f8r jobb, som jeg gjorde i g\u00e5r.<\/p>\n

Det var en bra trening i g\u00e5r,
\n(det kjenner jeg p\u00e5 rumpa i dag),
\nog jeg planla straks \u00e5 trene f\u00f8r jobb i dag og.<\/p>\n

Men da jeg kom p\u00e5 jobb i g\u00e5r begynte jeg \u00e5 nyse UTEN at jeg hadde v\u00e6rt i n\u00e6rheten av pepperb\u00f8ssen!<\/h3>\n

Jeg ble snufset og tett,
\ntung i hode og ikke i form.<\/h3>\n

Jeg avlyste treningen i dag tidlig i mitt hode.
\nDrakk mengder med sitronvann
\nog laget ingef\u00e6r, stjerneanis, sitron og honningvann n\u00e5r jeg kom hjem.
\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u00c5 bruke stjerneanis fikk jeg tips om av kollega p\u00e5 jobb,
\nog n\u00e5 har jeg og begynt \u00e5 finrive(raspe) ingef\u00e6ren i vannet,
\nnoe som gir enda mer smak.

\ndet blir litt mye med trening p\u00e5 jobb, trening p\u00e5 senter OG hund!<\/p>\n

\nog tester n\u00e5 ut en 30 dagers utfordring p\u00e5 nett.<\/p>\n
