\n1 boks hakkede tomater
\n5 dl h\u00f8nsebuljong (vann+terning\/fond)
\nca 300 g kj\u00f8ttdeig
\n1 dl ukokt makaroni (snarkokt)
\n1 ts sukker
\nsalt etter smak<\/p>\n

\nHakk selleri, l\u00f8k og gulrot fint. Stek f\u00f8rst kj\u00f8ttdeig i litt olje,
\nlegg den i en sk\u00e5l og str\u00f8 over litt salt og kvernet pepper.
\n\u00a0\u00a0
\nStek l\u00f8k, gulrot og selleri i resten av oljen, du m\u00e5 kanskje tilsette litt mer olje.
\nFres til l\u00f8ken er blank, det skal ikke bli brunt.
\nha s\u00e5 i tomater og buljong. Og la det hele koke i ca 15 minutter,
\ntil gr\u00f8nnsakene er gjennomkokt.

\nMos suppen med stavmikser. (Dette er ikke n\u00f8dvendig, du kan og bruke den som den er)
\nTilsett makaroni og la suppen koke til makaronien er kokt (5-10 minutter)

\nHa s\u00e5 kj\u00f8ttdeigen tilbake i gryten og la den bli varm.
\nSynes du suppen blir for tykk, spe, spe med litt vann og smak event. til med mer salt.
