\nLa kj\u00f8kkenmaskinen \u00e5 minst 8 minutter, spe med resten av melet, men ikke bruk mer enn n\u00f8dvendig.
\nDeigen skal v\u00e6re spenstig og seig, ikke klisset, men bare akkurat ikke….. skj\u00f8nner?<\/p>\n

\nMen hadde man blitt tynn ved \u00e5 kna litt p\u00e5 seg selv da kanskje…..<\/p>\n

\nBland s\u00e5 dette med litt vanlig sukker i en liten sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n
\nKlem bollene helt flate, og legg i litt vaniljekrem.
\nBrett inn over vaniljekremen.

\nBrett opp kantene helt til du f\u00e5r all vaniljekremen godt inni bollen.
\nKlem godt igjen.
\n<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/a>
\nDypp bollene i smeltet sm\u00f8r, og s\u00e5 i vaniljesukkeret.
\nSett dem med skj\u00f8ten ned i en bakepapirkledd form.
\nJeg laget 12 boller,
\nda dette passet min form.
\nResten laget jeg vaniljestenger av, to sm\u00e5.
\n
\nVaniljestengene lar jeg eterhveve uten vaniljekrem, n\u00e5r de er ferdig hevet,
\nbruker jeg pekefingrene til \u00e5 skape en «renne» til vaniljekremen.
\nEtterhev i ca 40-45 minutter.
\nLegg i vaniljekrem p\u00e5 vaniljestengene, og sprut alt med litt vann.
\nVarm ovnen opp til 220*men skru ned n\u00e5r bollene settes i. Stek p\u00e5 200* ca 15 minutter.
\nDe sm\u00e5 vaniljestengene er muligens ferdig stekt, eller m\u00e5 ha noen minutter til.
\nBollene kan forsiktig fjernes fra formen, MED bakepapiret og steke 5 minutter ekstra,
\nmed bakepapiret p\u00e5, nederst i ovnen.

\nNyt duften som brer seg….

\nSm\u00f8r restene av sm\u00f8ret til bollene p\u00e5 vaniljestangen, og dryss p\u00e5 restene av vaniljesukkeret.
