Bland farsen med salt til den bliir seig, her bruker jeg K-kroken og kj\u00f8kkenmaskin.
\nMos potet med en pur\u00e8presse\/potetpresse, Riv\/mos r\u00f8dbeten.
\nPs. IKKE mos r\u00f8dbeten i potetpressen, jeg har n\u00e5 en skjev r\u00f8dbetpresse, og hadde «blodstenkte» vinduer…

\nBland sammen farse, potet, r\u00f8dbete, l\u00f8k, eddik og pepper,
\nspe med melk…<\/p>\n
Stek p\u00e5 stekepanne, pass p\u00e5 ikke for sterk varme, r\u00f8dbeten gj\u00f8r at det lett svir seg.
\nEtterstek ca 20-30 min i stekeovn, 180-200*<\/p>\n

Dette var knallgodt,
\nselv om Gubben og Gutta var st\u00f8rst begeistret for den danske..den UTEN r\u00f8dbeter…
