\nmen siden jeg bor med mennesker som ikke liker rosiner i boller,
\ntok jeg bare dette i en del av deigen.<\/p>\n
Prinsessekake\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n 600 g hvetemel Vaniljekrem.<\/strong> Her blir en liten rest av vaniljekrem, jeg brukte ca 3\/4 av kremen. Kanel Ha hvetemel, sukker salt, natron og kardemomme i kj\u00f8kkenmaskin. Hell over ca 2,5 dl av melken. Lag vaniljekrem. Ha p\u00e5 rosiner om \u00f8nskelig. \n75 g mykt sm\u00f8r i biter<\/p>\n
\n2 eggeplommer
\n50 g sukker
\n17 g maizenna
\n1\/2 \u00a0stor vaniljestang\/en hel liten vaniljestang
\n2,5 dl melk + fl\u00f8te<\/p>\n
\nDu kan selvsagt ta alt p\u00e5 om du synes det ser greit ut.
\nEllers kan det brukes til dessert e.l., eller rett og slett ha den i vaffelr\u00f8ren.<\/p>\n
\nRosiner (eller ikke…)<\/p>\n
\nBland rolig sammen ca 3 minutter, \u00f8k hastigheten og ha i resten av melken, litt og litt.
\nLa maskinen kna ca 5-6 minutter, ha i klatter med sm\u00f8r, senk tempoet og la maskinen elte sm\u00f8ret rolig inn.
\nN\u00e5r alt sm\u00f8ret er godt iblandet dekker du bakebollen og lar deigen hvile minst 1 time<\/p>\n
\nHa melkefl\u00f8ten i en liten kjele sammen med vaniljestangen, som er splittet.
\nFr\u00f8ene kan du gjerne gni sammen med litt av sukkeret, f\u00f8r du har det i melken. selve stangen skal og koke med.
\nR\u00f8r sammen eggeplommer, sukker og maizenna.
\nN\u00e5r melken er varm, (ikke koke) heller du litt og litt i eggeblandingen mens du visper.
\nHa s\u00e5 alt tilbake i kjelen og varm opp til det blir skikkelig tykt.
\nBlir den s\u00e5 tykk at den skiller seg, ha i litt kald fl\u00f8te og r\u00f8r den sammen igjen .
\nBre kremen utover en form\/fat, og sett kaldt, gjerne i vannbad for hurtig avkj\u00f8ling. (fjern og vaniljestangen)
\nTa deigen ut p\u00e5 bakebordet, lag en kule, bruk litt mel om n\u00f8dvendig.
\nLa hvile som kule ca 20 minutter
\nKjevle til et rektangel, bruk litt mel under.
\nSm\u00f8r med vaniljekrem \u00a0og dryss over et godt lag kanel.
\n<\/p>\n
\nRull sammen, skj\u00e6r i boller. Legg 7 biter i en kakeform.
\n
\nJeg fikk 11 biter, de 4 andre stekte jeg som de var .
\nEtterhev til dobbel st\u00f8rrelse, ca 40 minutter
\n
\nStek p\u00e5 200* i ca 15-20 minutter for prinsessekaken (de l\u00f8se bollene stekte jeg ca 10 min)<\/p>\n

\nPynt gjerne med litt fryset\u00f8rket bringeb\u00e6r e.l.
