En helt ny kombo av en sjokoladekake.
\nSaftig m\u00f8rk sjokoladekake, gul eggekrem og syrlig kremost p\u00e5 topp,
\nsammen med sjokoladeganache…

\nEn litt spesiell kake med nye smakskombinasjoner…..

\nKomponert p\u00e5 en tur over fjellet, laget her i Bakkely.<\/p>\n

Sjokoladekake med gul eggekrem og syrlig topping\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sjokoladekake 20″<\/strong><\/p>\n

90 g sm\u00f8r, mykt
\n1,5 dl brunt sukker
\n1 dl sukker
\n2 sm\u00e5 egg
\n2,5 dl hvetemel
\n0,6 dl bakekakao
\n1 ts bakepulver
\n1 ts natron
\n1 dl seterr\u00f8mme\/creme fraiche (eller kulturmelk)
\n1 ss eggelik\u00f8r
\n1 dl espressokaffe, sterk (1-2 ts pulver)
\n1 ts flytende lakris<\/p>\n

Lakris og eggelik\u00f8r kan sl\u00f8yfes hvis du ikke har dette,
\nkan erstattes med 1\/2 ts kanel, eller 1-2 ts vaniljeekstrakt<\/p>\n

R\u00f8r sm\u00f8r og sukker mykt , ha i et og et egg.
\nBland det t\u00f8rre og ha i, deretter creme fraiche og eggelik\u00f8r, til slutt lunken kaffe iblandet lakris.<\/p>\n

Ha i en 20″ form med bakepapir i bunn. Sm\u00f8r gjerne bakepapiret og sidene med litt sm\u00f8r<\/p>\n

Stekes p\u00e5 175* p\u00e5 rist, midt i ovnen, ca 50 minutter, sjekk med kaken\u00e5l\/strikkepinn (en tynn en alts\u00e5!)<\/p>\n

Avkj\u00f8l f\u00f8rst litt i formen, fjern s\u00e5 formen og avkj\u00f8l helt p\u00e5 rist.
\nKan gjerne lages dagen f\u00f8r, pakk i folie over natten.<\/p>\n

Gul eggekrem<\/strong><\/p>\n

5 eggeplommer<\/strong>
\n5 ss sukkker\u00a0<\/strong>
\n0,75 dl kremfl\u00f8te<\/strong>
\n1 ts vanilje, jeg brukte vaniljepaste.\u00a0<\/strong>
\n100 g mykt sm\u00f8r, gjerne kviteseidsm\u00f8r\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bland eggeplommer, kremfl\u00f8te sukker og vaniljesukker, varm forsiktig opp mens du r\u00f8rer,
\nhelt til blandingen tykner godt og er p\u00e5 kanten til \u00e5 koke. Et forsiktig oppkok g\u00e5r fint,
\nmen husk \u00e5 r\u00f8re.
\nAvkj\u00f8l i vannbad. R\u00f8r sm\u00f8ret sammen, ha i 1\/3 av kremen og pisk den inn, ha i resten og pisk forsiktig, men godt sammen.

Del kakebunnen forsiktig i tre deler. Ha gul sm\u00f8rkrem p\u00e5 de to nederste lagene. Sett i kj\u00f8leskap s\u00e5 kremen stivner.<\/p>\n

140 g naturell kremost\u00a0<\/strong>
\n40 g creme fraiche (event bruk bare kremost)<\/strong>
\n100 g sm\u00f8r, gjerne kviteseid<\/strong>
\n150 g melis<\/strong>
\n2 ts finrevet fersk ingef\u00e6r<\/strong>
\n1 ts finrevet skall fra en sitron, kun det gule<\/strong>
\nca 2 ss sitronsaft\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

R\u00f8r temperert kremost sammen med temperert sm\u00f8r. R\u00f8r inn creme fraiche og sitrus.
\nSikt i melis, pisk sammen til en glatt krem. Smak til!<\/p>\n

Legg p\u00e5 toppen av kaken. Bre over kaken. Det blir rikelig med krem, bre gjerne et tynt lag rundt kanten og,
