\nAvkj\u00f8l p\u00e5 rist, ta den ut av formen etter noen minutter, forsiktig!<\/p>\n
\n2,5 dl jordb\u00e6r i biter
\n0,3 dl sukker
\n1,25 dl kremfl\u00f8te<\/p>\n
\nMos jordb\u00e6rene sammen med suukker i stavmikser.
\nSil det igjennom et d\u00f8rslag, eller finmasket sil om \u00f8nskelig.
\nVarm litt av jordb\u00e6rpur\u00e8en,
\nr\u00f8r inn gelatinen i den varme pur\u00e8en.
\nVisp den raskt inn i resten av jordb\u00e6rpur\u00e8en.
\nPisk kremfl\u00f8ten stiv, og bland den med jordb\u00e6rpureen.
\n
\nSett kj\u00f8lig til den skal brukes,
\nmen ikke for lenge s\u00e5nn at den stivner helt!!
\nSkj\u00e6r ut ringer av den avkj\u00f8lte brownies.
\nHer b\u00f8r du ha en h\u00f8y utstikker!
\nLa utstikkeren st\u00e5 i,
\nog fyll p\u00e5 med mousse.
\n
\nJeg hadde bare en utstikker, og m\u00e5tte fylle en og en, vente til de var stivnet litt,
\nog fjerne utstikker forsiktig.
\nHer kan man kj\u00f8pe stiv plast og legge inni utstikkeren, s\u00e5nn at man kan lage flere om gangen.
\nDen blir da og enkelre \u00e5 fjerne fra kaken, her m\u00e5 man skj\u00e6r rundt med kniv.
\nDet blir fire porsjonskaker.
\nSett kj\u00f8lig til mousse`en stivner.<\/p>\n
\nca 30 g m\u00f8rk sjokolade<\/p>\n
\nvent til det smelter, r\u00f8r til en glatt masse.<\/p>\n
