\nMiks kj\u00f8ttdeigene og saltet, bruk kj\u00f8kkenmaskin, K-kroken hvis du har kenwood.
\nKj\u00f8ttdeigen\u00a0 blir god og seig. Ha s\u00e5 i potetmel og krydder, presset hvitl\u00f8k og chili.
\n\u00a0\u00a0
\nSpe med soyamelk (eller vanlig) og la maskinen g\u00e5 til alt har samlet seg, ikke lenger.
\nJeg lot kj\u00f8ttbolledeigen st\u00e5 en 20 minutter, s\u00e5nn at hvitl\u00f8k og chilli f\u00e5r trekke godt inn.
\n
\nForm sm\u00e5 s\u00f8te kj\u00f8ttboller, eller store kraftige om du \u00f8nsker,
\nog stek dem i en god varm blanding av olje og margarin.
\nJeg bruner dem godt p\u00e5 alle kanter, og siden disse skulle fryses,
\ns\u00e5 etterstekte jeg dem i ovnen, 170* i ca 30 minutter.
\nVanligvis lar jeg de koke med i kraft\/tomatsaus en 5 minutter for \u00e5 sikre at de er gjennomstekt.
\n
\nJeg la mine i en stor aliminiumsform, etterstekte dem, avkj\u00f8lte dem,
\nog puttet dem s\u00e5 i frysen.
\nJeg tar dem opp av frysen fredag kveld, og varmer dem i sausen l\u00f8rdag.
