Jeg jobbet forrige helg,<\/p>\n
noe som gj\u00f8r at jeg stadig er en dag foran dere andre.<\/p>\n
Derfor tenkte jeg det var perfekt \u00e5 poste l\u00f8rdagsloffen i dag,
\nog s\u00e5 kom jeg p\u00e5 det bare var torsdag.<\/p>\n
Men vel, dere f\u00e5r den likevel,
\ns\u00e5 har du god tid til \u00e5 forberede bakst av en vidunderlig, diger
\nl\u00f8rdagsloff! (Husk her starter du kvelden f\u00f8r)<\/p>\n
Denne er vel et avkom etter den tiden p\u00e5 Jordb\u00e6rpikene n\u00e5r jeg bakte fem digre loff om gangen,
\nsom vi brukte til de ber\u00f8mte ostesm\u00f8rbr\u00f8dene der.<\/p>\n
Hva med \u00e5 lage en gedigen l\u00f8rdagsloff??
\nEn som holder hele l\u00f8rdagen, og langt ut i s\u00f8ndagen og??
\nEn med litt mer smak og substans enn dem du f\u00e5r kj\u00f8pt p\u00e5 butikken??

\nDet er godt med loff til helgen, og her har du s\u00e5 det holder!
\nPasser jo perfekt til \u00e5 lage ostesm\u00f8rbr\u00f8d av og, s\u00e5nn som de har hos Jordb\u00e6rpikene….<\/p>\n
Godt mulig denne ble til i min lengsel etter bakeriet mitt p\u00e5 jobb…..og p\u00e5 mandag skal jeg tilbake p\u00e5 jobb,

En \u00f8rliten hevedeig som du r\u00f8rer raskt sammen for h\u00e5nd, gir den ekstra smaken!<\/p>\n
S\u00e5 kan du i morgen formiddag bake deg en gedigen l\u00f8rdasgsloff, og bli helten i huset!<\/p>\n
En gedigen l\u00f8rdagsloff.<\/strong><\/p>\n Hevedeig, lages kvelden f\u00f8r.<\/p>\n 100 g hvetemel R\u00f8r sammen for h\u00e5nd, pass p\u00e5 at gj\u00e6ren l\u00f8ser seg opp. Dekk med plast og la st\u00e5 p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenbenken over natten.<\/p>\n 1,1 kg hvetemel R\u00f8r sammen hevedeigen, melet, salt olje og 6 dl av vannet. Sett til modning ca 1,5 time<\/p>\n Ta deigen ut p\u00e5 bakebordet, form til en kule, bruk mel om n\u00f8dvendig. La hvile ca 20 min. F\u00f8r br\u00f8det settes inn, setter jeg en liten ildfast form med litt vann nederst i ovnen, for \u00e5 f\u00e5 damp og bedre skorpe p\u00e5 br\u00f8det.<\/p>\n Blir br\u00f8det for godt stekt opp\u00e5, legg over et bakepapir siste del av steketiden. \nKj\u00f8r rolig sammen p\u00e5 lav hastighet, \u00f8k hastigheten og ha i litt og litt av vannet til alt er i,
\nla maskinen kna deigen 10-15 minutter til den s\u00e5vidt slipper bollen og virker glansfull og fin.<\/p>\n
\nLegg deigen opp ned og brett inn kantene, rull den s\u00e5 stramt sammen og legg p\u00e5 bakepapirkledd plate med skj\u00f8ten ned.
\n
\nPr\u00f8v \u00e5 f\u00e5 den s\u00e5 stram som mulig.
\n
\nDekk forsiktig med litt plast, la etterheve til nesten dobbel st\u00f8rrelse.
\nJeg hevet min i vel 1 time.
\nSprut br\u00f8det med vann \/pensle forsiktig med vann
\nSkj\u00e6r tre snitt i br\u00f8det med en skarp kniv.
\nSett br\u00f8det inn i forvarmet ovn p\u00e5 250*
\nLa det steke ca 10 minutter, skru s\u00e5 ned til 200* og stek videre 30 min.
\n40 min totalt. midt i ovnen.<\/p>\n
\nBr\u00f8det mitt var ikke i behov av dette, men det er lurt \u00e5 f\u00f8lge litt med.<\/p>\n
\nOg da…da er det helg…helg med hjemmebakt l\u00f8rdagsloff.<\/p>\n
