\n2 ts flaksalt<\/p>\n
Kok opp sukker og vann, la koke til det blir hvitt og deretter til det f\u00e5r en fin gyldenbrun farge.
\nIkke kok for lenge s\u00e5 det blir brent smak.
\nTa gjerne pannen av platen og sett p\u00e5 en v\u00e5t kj\u00f8kkenklut for \u00e5 stoppe bruningen.
\nHa i sm\u00f8ret, og litt og litt fl\u00f8te. Forsiktig! Her bobler og spruter det litt!!
\nR\u00f8r sammen og sett p\u00e5 platen igjen.
\nLa sausen koke 5-8 minutter. Ha i salt n\u00e5r sausen er ferdig kokt<\/p>\n
