1 ts salt<\/strong>
\n75 g sm\u00f8r, i terninger<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nEgg til pensling
\nGrillkrydder og sesamfr\u00f8 (kan sl\u00f8yfes)<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00e5r den kokte deigen har avkj\u00f8lt nesten helt,
\nha i resten av ingrediensene\u00a0 utenom sm\u00f8r og salt.
\nLa maskinen kna deigen godt, middels fart.
\nDu kan godt holde igjen litt av hvetemelet,
\nha i etter hvert som du ser at det er n\u00f8dvendig.
\nDeigen skal bli myk og bare akkurat slippe kantene i bakebollen helt p\u00e5 slutten av eltingen.<\/p>\n

Etter ca 10 minutter ha i sm\u00f8ret i terninger + salt
\nElte videre ca 7-10 min.
\nSkru farten opp de siste minuttene.
\nDeigen skal bare akkurat slippe kantene i bakebollen.
\nTa gjerne glutentest. Strekk forsiktig i en liten del av deigen,
