\nSom kokt til mos gir:<\/strong>
\n1,75 dl rabarbramos<\/strong>
\n3 eggeplommer<\/strong>
\n100 g sukker<\/strong>
\n50 g sm\u00f8r<\/strong><\/p>\n

Skj\u00e6r rabarbra i biter (behold skallet p\u00e5 for mer farge) og legg i en kjele.
\nTilsett 2-3 ss vann, bare for \u00e5 f\u00e5 i gang kokingen, rabarbraen slipper s\u00e5 v\u00e6ske og blir til en pure. Kok forsiktig til den faller fra hverandre. Bruk lokk!<\/p>\n

Press mosen gjennom et d\u00f8rslag, det skal bli omlag 1,75 dl.
\nTips! Om det blir litt mer eller mindre er ikke s\u00e5 farlig, du kan smake p\u00e5 n\u00e5r sukkeret har l\u00f8st seg opp, (ta litt mindre om du fikk mindre mos) og s\u00e5 smaker du og ser om den beh\u00f8ver mer sukker.<\/p>\n
