Pannacotta er en nydelig dessert, s\u00e5 god,
\nog ikke minst, s\u00e5 enkel \u00e5 lage.<\/p>\n
En dessert som kan passe til p\u00e5ske kanskje??

\nMed sin gule fruktsaus blir den ganske s\u00e5 p\u00e5skelig….<\/p>\n
Og den kan serveres i forskjellige glass eller tynne kopper…<\/p>\n
Men det aller beste med denne er at den er enkel \u00e5 lage,
\nog veldig god!<\/p>\n
2 dl fl\u00f8te
\n1\/2 vaniljestang
\n75g sukker
\n3 plater gelatin
\n2 dl kulturmelk, hel<\/p>\n
Legg gelatin i bl\u00f8t, minst 5 minutter.
\nSkrap ut fr\u00f8ene fra vaniljestangen, gni den sammen med litt av sukkeret.
\nHa dette, resten av sukkeret, den tomme vaniljestangen og fl\u00f8ten i en liten panne.
\nKok opp, r\u00f8r s\u00e5 sukkeret smelter. R\u00f8r inn gelatinplatene.
\nAvkj\u00f8l til lunken og tilsett kulturmelken (er den for varm skiller surmelken seg)
\nFjern vaniljestangen og hell over i passende serveringsglass.<\/p>\n
Sett kj\u00f8lig minst 4 timer.<\/p>\n
Mangosaus.<\/p>\n
1 dl vann
\n1\/2 dl sukker
\n1 moden mango
\n1-2 ts sitron (eller mer)<\/p>\n
Kok opp vann og sukker til sukker smelter. Avkj\u00f8l.
\nSkj\u00e6r mango i biter, Mos i blender sammen med sukkkerlake.
\nSmak til med sitron.<\/p>\n
Hell over PannaCotta ved servering.<\/p>\n
