Helt til sukkeret har oppl\u00f8st seg. Bruk spr\u00f8ytepose\/slikkepott og fordel marengsen i to sm\u00e5 kakeformer, (med bakepapir i bunn)ca 20″ \u00a0Den skal ikke v\u00e6re for tykk.Bruk restene til \u00e5 lage bittesm\u00e5 marengstopper.<\/p>\n
Stek marengsen \u00a0p\u00e5 150*, skru ned til 125* etter du har satt dem inn, og stek ca 2 timer.
\nLa bunnene avkj\u00f8le p\u00e5 rist. Fjern s\u00e5 fra formen og fjerne bakepapiret.
\nLegg den ene marengsbunnen tilbake i kakeformen (uten papir i bunnen.)
\nLegg plast langs kanten av formen, eller bruk bakepapir,
\nsom stikker godt opp ovenfor formen.<\/p>\n

\nHa ripssausen tilbake i mikseren, tilsett eggehviter, og pisk til du har en «fluffy» stiv marengs.
\nPisk kremfl\u00f8ten stiv, og bland alt sammen forsiktig med en slikkepott.
\nHa halve isen over marengsbunn nr 1, (som er satt tilbake i formen)v Legg forsiktig i marengsbunn 2,
\noog hell over resten av ripsisen.
\nFrys minst 4-5 timer<\/p>\n

Smelt sm\u00f8ret i en liten panne,sikt ned kakao, visp inn sukker, fl\u00f8te og honning,
\nLa sm\u00e5koke til sukkeret har l\u00f8st seg opp og sausen kjennes jevn,
\nblir sausen for tykk tilsettes litt melk eller vann. Men litt fyldig m\u00e5 den v\u00e6re
\nOppbevares i kj\u00f8leskap til kaken skal serveres.
\nJeg legger den i en liten pose, ved servering klipper jeg hull i et hj\u00f8rne og dekorerer kaken.<\/p>\n
