\ngjerne en time eller to. Ved lengre marinering, bruk kj\u00f8leskap.
\nMen pass da p\u00e5 \u00e5 temperere biffene f\u00f8r steking.

\nT\u00f8rk s\u00e5vidt av biffene ved bare \u00e5 dytte litt husholdningpapir en kjapp gang foran og bak,
\nStek dem s\u00e5 i mellomvarm panne i olje (og litt margarin om \u00f8nskelig)
\nLa dem steke godt p\u00e5 begge sider, de blir litt sm\u00e5svart i kantene,
\ndet er den s\u00f8te soyasausen som karamelliserer seg, og det smaker godt!!
