\nOg da m\u00e5 jeg bare ta med denne oppskriften:<\/p>\n
Julekakene som har v\u00e6rt min suverene favoritt siden jeg var liten.

\nDisse julekakene bakte min mormor hver jul,
\ni samme hus som jeg bor i.
\nDe ble satt kaldt natten over,
\ninne p\u00e5 «kottet»
\nSom var et rom (som n\u00e5 er bad) hvor det var passelig kj\u00f8lig for tre ruller kakedeig,
\nsom skulle hvile og bli stiv over natten.
\n
\nF\u00f8r de kunne stekes og bli til sm\u00e5kaker som smeltet p\u00e5 tungen….
\n
\nOg her er det ekste sm\u00f8r som gjelder…..ellers f\u00e5r du ikke rette smaken!<\/p>\n
S\u00e5nn i ettertid har jeg ofte tenkt p\u00e5 at disse kakene,
\nmed dette navnet,
\nvar favoritten til min mormor.
\nSom ikke var altfor overbegeistret for tyskere etter krigen.
\nS\u00e5nt hang godt i for dem som opplevde krigen.
\nMen dog! Kakene laget vi hvert \u00e5r, og jeg eeeeelsket dem!<\/p>\n

\nha i egget, og til slutt hvetemelet.
\nJeg knar dette sammen med k-kroken p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkenmaskinen.<\/p>\n
\nklem den utover til to p\u00f8lser
\n
\nPakk dem inn i matpapiret, og la dem st\u00e5 kj\u00f8lig over natten.
\n(Eller putt dem i frys 30-60 minutter om du har det travelt)
\nSkj\u00e6r i litt skr\u00e5 biter,
\nknapt en cm tykk (0,75 cm)
\n
\nSpre dem p\u00e5 bakepaprkledd plate.
\nDet blir ca 4 plater av denne oppskriften,
\njeg bruker derfor ofte \u00e5 halvere den,
\nda dette er kjeks med ekte sm\u00f8r, som ikke er holdbare i all evig tid.
\n(men ganske lenge…)
\nStek p\u00e5 200* ca 8-12 minutter.
\nJeg liker mine kjeks spr\u00f8 og litt brune,
\nandre liker dem lyse og litt myke….smaksak.<\/p>\n
\nOppbevares i boks.
\nKan fryses, men ikke i all evighet.
\n
\nOg da kan julen bare komme…..<\/p>\n
