\n1\/2-1 dl ripsb\u00e6r (1\/2 dl orginalt, jeg brukte 1 dl)<\/p>\n

\nRipsb\u00e6r og ripsb\u00e6rblader<\/p>\n
\nTil slutt vender du forsiktig inn rips. Bre over kakebunnen, skru opp temperaturen til 200*, stek p\u00e5 midterste rille, ca 30 minutter.
\nHar du dobbel oppskrift, ca 40 minutter. \u00a0Kaken skal v\u00e6re stivnet i kantene, og litt «vigglet» p\u00e5 midten.
\nAvkj\u00f8l minst 30 minutter. (Eller over natten p\u00e5 kj\u00f8l)
\nR\u00f8r sammen creme fraiche og melis, bre utover kaken. Pynt med b\u00e6r og blader.
